They finished the pipeline welding of 158 kilometers, NDT of 148 kilometers, field joint coating of 152 kilometers, trench excavation of 125 kilometers and lowering-in of 124 kilometers. All these success is achieved by the Central Asia Project Department of SPCC within 90 days alone—what an impressive accomplishment!

All these miracles cannot be separated from the constant explorations and breakthroughs of welding technique. The automatic welding team is the first one that applies CRC automatic welding system to project construction.

奇蹟的背後是對焊接工藝的不斷摸索和突破，全自動焊機組是第一個真正將CRC自動焊系統應用於工程施工的機組。

In order to grasp the technique, the team members tested and practiced the working principle, operation regulation, parameter settings and routine maintenance of the welding device repetitively in their break time and finally reduced the individual joint completing time from more than 50 min at the very beginning to less than 20 min at last. As result, the team increased the daily welding progress from 30 joints to 80, and they even made the whole project welding records of 181 joints one day, 1,013 joints one week.

為了掌握這項技術，機組利用間歇時間，對自動焊裝置的工作原理操作規程引數設定和日常保養進行反覆的測試和實踐，完成一道口的時間從最初的50分鐘縮短為十幾分鍾，日焊接進度從30多道口迅速提升至80道口，最理想狀況時曾創造了單日焊接181道口，周焊接1013道口的全線紀錄。
