Zhengzhou， an ancient capital nestled in the arm of the mother river， is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization。

“The important archaeological findings at the Shuanghuaishu Site are a key to the exploration of cultural origin along the Yellow River basin。” Standing on the highest point at the Shuanghuaishu Site in Heluo Town， Gongyi City， you can overlook the Yellow River and the Luohe River to the north， as well as Mangshan Mountain and Songshan Mountain to the south。

The Shuanghuaishu Site is a large-scale settlement site of the middle and late Yangshao culture around 5，300 years ago。 Named “Heluo Kingdom” by experts for its location in the center of the Heluo area， it provides the key elements of the key area in the crucial period for exploring the origin of Chinese civilization。 In addition， the solid archaeological proof indicates that the middle and late Yangshao Culture centering on the Shuanghuaishu Site around 5，300 years ago is indeed “the root of the Yellow River culture， and the soul of Chinese civilization”， thereby rated by specialists as “the cradle of early Chinese civilization”。

雙槐樹遺址是一處距今5300年前後的仰韶文化中晚期巨型聚落遺址。因其位於河洛中心區域，專家命名為“河洛古國”，填補了中華文明起源關鍵時期、關鍵地區的關鍵材料，也以考古學的實證材料表明在5300年前後以雙槐樹遺址為中心的仰韶文化中晚期文明，的確是黃河文化之根，華夏文明之魂，被專家學者稱為“早期中華文明的胚胎”。

The Zhengzhou Yellow River is over 160km long from west to east， connecting the Loess Plateau and the Huanghuai Plain。 Peach Blossom Valley in Xingyang is the boundary of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River。 In Zhengzhou， there are lots of different well-preserved historical sites and ruins， some of which may even date back to the origin of the Yellow River Culture。

鄭州黃河段東西長160多公里，位於黃土高原與黃淮平原的交接地帶，滎陽桃花峪是黃河中下游的分界線。在黃河的滋養下，鄭州段留存了大量寶貴的古蹟和遺址，具有數量多、型別全、歷史久、品位高、密度大等特點。

“Zhengzhou is rich in relics。 A series of archaeological discoveries such as the Shang Dynasty City ruins， Dahe Village ruins， and Peiligang ruins make Zhengzhou a place for seeking origin。” According to Liang Xiuqing， Deputy Director of the Publicity and Promotion Department of the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture， Radio， Television and Tourism， the tourism resources of the Yellow River in Zhengzhou are classified into three categories： cultural landscape， natural landscape， and intangible cultural heritage。 Among them， there are more than 330 cultural attractions and more than 50 natural views。 The two world cultural heritage sites are the Historic Monuments of Dengfeng in “The Centre of Heaven and Earth” and the Zhengzhou section of Tongji Canal of the Grand Canal of China。

“遺址資源豐富，商城遺址、大河村遺址、裴李崗遺址等一系列考古發現，讓鄭州成為尋源究古的勝地。”鄭州市文化廣電和旅遊局宣傳推廣處副處長梁秀清介紹，鄭州黃河段旅遊資源分為人文景觀資源、自然景觀資源、非物質文化遺產資源三大類。其中人文景觀類330多處，自然景觀類50多處。全市擁有世界文化遺產2處，登封“天地之中”歷史建築群、中國大運河通濟渠鄭州段入選世界文化遺產名錄。

The tourism belt along the Yellow River in Zhengzhou is scattered with world-famous cultural tourism resources， including the Hometown of Du Fu， Henan Museum， the Yellow River Cultural Park， etc。， and national cultural tourism resources， such as the Erqi Memorial Tower， the Shang Dynasty City Ruins， the Dahe Village Site， the Yellow River Museum， the Yellow River National Geopark， and the Han Portrait Brick Museum。

在鄭州沿黃旅遊帶中，具有一定國際影響力的文旅資源有杜甫故里、河南博物院、黃河文化公園等；具有國內影響力的文旅資源有二七紀念塔、商城遺址、大河村遺址、黃河博物館、黃河國家地質公園、漢畫像磚博物館等。

In October 2018， the Alliance for Integrative Development of Zhengzhou Yellow River Cultural Tourism was jointly established by Gongyi City， Xingyang City， Huiji District， Zhongmu County and the Management Committee of the Yellow River Scenic Area along the Yellow River。 By digging into the cultural resources of the Yellow River， it has created a number of well-known cultural projects and featured brands。

2018年10月，黃河沿線鞏義市、滎陽市、惠濟、中牟和黃河風景名勝區管委會共同組成的“鄭州黃河文化旅遊融合發展協作體”正式成立。深挖黃河文化資源，打造一批叫得響的文化專案和特色品牌，鄭州的大動作一個接一個。

As one of the two major national central cities and the only city with a total economic volume of more than one trillion yuan in the Yellow River Basin， Zhengzhou is building a major national landmark of the Yellow River culture， a high-standard demonstration zone for ecological protection along the Yellow River， and a regional economic growth pole， allowing the Yellow River to benefit its people indeed。

作為黃河流域兩大國家中心城市之一和經濟總量唯一過萬億元的城市，打造國家黃河歷史文化主地標，高標準建設沿黃生態保護示範區，打造國家區域經濟增長極，真正“讓黃河成為造福人民的幸福河”……
