如何用英語進行正確有效的電話交流

不知道大家有沒有過和外企或者對方為英美國家人士的電話溝通經歷，那麼如何有效，正確的和對方進行交流溝通呢？下面我們透過Vanessa老師的教學影片來了解下。

Informal Conversation 日常交談

當你需要和朋友或者家庭成員進行電話交流時，使用的英語可以比較隨意或者簡單的構詞，很多情況下都是透過手機或者簡訊，語音信箱等形式進行交流，而不是辦公室電話等。對話都比較簡明直接，接下來讓我們看2個日常電話交談的例子：

Woman：Hi， is this Daniel？

Man：Yes， it is。

Woman：Hi， is this Benjamin？

Man：No， sorry。 You have the wrong number。

Woman：Oh， sorry。 Thanks。

Man：No Problem。

是不是非常簡單直接，而且用詞沒有那麼多“客套”的禮數，這就是日常電話交談時的樣子。

Formal Conversation 正式交談

如果你需要和不熟悉的個人，客戶或對方公司，領導等打電話時，就要注意下電話交流的禮數了，這樣會顯得你更加有禮貌些。

場景1

例如：給不熟悉的個人打電話可以這樣說，對方給你肯定答覆

Woman：Hi，may I please speak with Daniel？

Man：Speaking。 How can I help you？

如果對方是公司的秘書，或者總機接線員等時候，對方可能會詢問你的姓名，或者留言轉達等，場景可能變成這樣：

Man：Hi， this is Daniel from Microsoft。 May I please speak with someone from the marketing department？

Woman：Yes， just one moment。

Man：Hi， this is Daniel from Microsoft。 May I please speak with someone from the marketing department？

Woman：May I ask what you‘re calling about？

Man：Hi， this is Daniel from Microsoft。 May I please speak with someone from the marketing department？

Woman：I’m sorry， the manager of the marketing department is in a meeting now。 Would you like to leave a message？

Man：No thanks。When would be a good time to call back？

Woman：Maybe in about hour。

Man：Okay。 I‘ll do that。

場景2

對方給你了否定答覆，需要繼續詢問你其他事情。

Woman：Hi， this is Vanessa from marketing department at Apple。 I’m returning your call from earlier today。

Man：Thanks for calling back。 I wanted to ask you‘d like to join me and take over the galaxy。。。。（joking。。）

注意事項

在與對方電話交流溝通時，儘量的使用 May I。。。？ Would you 。。。？這樣比較委婉的詢問別人允許的句型，這樣會給對方留下一個非常有禮貌的印象。
