Today‘s Decisions for Tomorrow’s Results

今天的決策，明天的成果

An objective， a goal， a target serves to determine what action to take today to obtain results tomorrow。

企業制定目標，是為了決定今天應該採取什麼行動，才可以在明天獲得成果。

It is based on anticipating the future。

它是以對未來的預期為基礎。

It requires action to mold the future。

因此要達成目標，必須採取行動塑造未來。

It always balances present means and future results， results in the immediate future and results in the more distant future。

權衡今天的手段和未來的成果，在不久的將來和遙遠的未來之間求取平衡。

This is of particular importance in managing a business。

上述的考慮對於企業經營尤其重要。
