副詞性從句之狀語從句（之一）——時間狀語從句

一、什麼是狀語？什麼是狀語從句？

狀語

由具有

副詞性的詞、短語或句子充當

。例如：

I went to the countryside

last summer

。

To get good grades

， we should study hard。

為了取得好成績，我們應該努力學習。

Knowing Sally was ill

， her mother was worried about her。

I went to Shanghai

with my parents

狀語，狀語有名詞、不定式、分詞、介詞短語、形容副或句子充當。

He likes eating pears

very much

。

（簡單句，副詞very much做狀語，表示喜歡的程度。）

He likes eating pears

because they are yummy

。

（複合句，because they are yummy做狀語，表示原因）

在複合句中，

充當狀語的句子叫狀語從句

。狀語從句主要

修飾主句或主句中的動詞、形容詞和副詞

，

作用相當於副詞，又稱作副詞性從句。

二、狀語從句按照作用可以分為時間狀語從句、地點狀語從句、原因狀語從句、條件狀語從句、結果狀語從句、目的狀語從句、讓步狀語從句、方式狀語從句和比較狀語從句。今天我們要講的內容是時間狀語從句。

1。 從屬連詞when， while與as

2。 從屬聯絡：before（在……之前），after（在……之後），since（自從……以來）

before 表示主句的動作發生在從句動作之前

Before

the sun came out

， the sky got dark。

after表示主句的動作發生在從句之後

After

they came back to the station

， the train had already gone。

She has been my teacher

3。 till/until引導的時間狀語從句：主句為肯定句時，主句的謂語動詞

必須是

延續性動詞；主句為否定句時，主句的謂語動詞是非延續性的，常用not…until…結構，意思是：直到……才

4。 as soon as 一……就……，如果主句為祈使句或一般將來時或含有情態動詞，從句用一般現在時表示將來，即：主祈從現、主將從現、主情從現。

5。 by the time到某一時間點為止，主句的動作已經完成，用完成時態。

6。 once多與過去時態連用，但是主句用一般現在時，從句通常用一般現在時表將來。

once I get to school

， I like reading books。

7。特殊詞引導的時間狀語從句

The minute

I sat down in front of the TV

， my mum came over。

由the moment， the minute， the instant， every time等名詞引導時間狀語從句。

8。 instantly， immediately， directly

作連詞

可引導時間狀語從句
