KAI PETRY出生於德國西南部一個盛產葡萄酒的著名的葡萄種植區萊茵蘭普法爾茨州的一個小鎮，該城市西部與法國邊境接壤。

KAI PETRY就讀於巴伐利亞州慕尼黑大學，大學期間攻讀工商管理和酒店管理專業並獲得雙學位，之後在南非和德國的高星級酒店實習。

“千里之行，始於足下”，和酒店行業很多專業人士一樣， KAI從基層崗位起步，先後擔任餐飲和客房部門管理職務，1993年，首次擔任總經理職務。曾先後任職於德國國內及國際大型酒店品牌，如Dorint、 Moevenpick、Renaissance、 希爾頓、 索菲特、 盧浮宮等酒店，並參與多個酒店開業籌備和重建管理。

在喜達屋酒店管理公司中擔任集團管理職位，同時監管喜達屋品牌在德國、瑞士、奧地利、西班牙和南非的27家酒店的運營（包括喜來登、威斯汀、福朋、豪華精選、瑞吉等品牌），並在德國開發漢堡威斯汀Elbphilharmonie和瑞士蘇黎世喜來登酒店新專案。

2011年開始，輾轉至亞洲區，曾在澳門喜來登大酒店擔任總經理職務，負責酒店開業籌備及開業後運營管理，負責管理擁有4001間客房的澳門喜來登大酒店和澳門瑞吉酒店的開業前期籌備工作。

2016年來到中國，擔任上海浦東喜來登、浦東福朋喜來登酒店（酒店綜合體）總經理職務，負責喜來登酒店開業籌備工作，並負責崇明喜來登酒店的籌備和開業。隨後，在上海紅塔萬豪豪華精選酒店負責重組管理。

基於其30年豐富的酒店管理經驗，KAI PETRY於2019年創辦了自己的諮詢管理公司，致力於為酒店投資者和經營者提供關於經營特色、卓越管理、酒店定位和盈利方面的可行性管理方案。

2021年10月，應河南民安集團邀請，擔任集團旗下青青文旅板塊事業部總經理及喆鵬酒店總經理一職，在發展壯大事業部的同時，帶領員工全力打造民安集團鄭州喆鵬旗艦店。

Jens’ management experience grew out of food and beverage。 Whereas a young staffer， Jens worked as a Wine Waiter， Barman and Chef。 Eventually， he moved into food and beverage management， serving stints in Dalian， Hong Kong and Singapore before moving into the General Manager role for ten years now。

溫毅雄先生是土生土長的廣州人，於1987年開啟了自己的廚師生涯，並先後在北京、上海、蘇州、寧波、青島、無錫等多個城市留下精彩的事業足跡，在此之前，他曾任職喜來登、萬麗、萬豪、萬怡等多個不同酒店品牌，至今在同等職位已擁有超過26年豐富的餐飲從業經驗。

Recently， Sheraton Guangzhou Nansha Hotel is proud to announce the appointment of Mr。 Jason Wen as Chinese Executive Chef， who will be responsible for the daily operation and management of Chinese kitchen and banquet kitchen。

Mr。 Jason Wen was born and raised in Guangzhou， he started his career as a chef in 1987。 With more than 26 years’ experience in the same position of hotel industry， he has worked in Beijing， Shanghai， Suzhou， Ningbo， Qingdao， Wuxi and many other cities。 Before that， he worked for Sheraton， Renaissance， Marriott， Courtyard and many other hotel brands。

Mr。 Jason Wen has exquisite cooking skills， proficient in various cuisines， especially Cantonese cuisine and Chaozhou cuisine。 He is good at combining and exploring the natural nature of local seasonal ingredients。 In future， Mr。 Jason Wen will lead the hotel Chinese kitchen team and banquet kitchen team to present more creative and distinctive dishes to customers and bring the guest a unique sensory and amazing dining experience。

中海凱驪酒店管理公司（中海商業地產旗下）正式任命曹恩華先生（Charles Cao）出任福州中海凱驪酒店行政總廚，全面負責酒店餐廳廚房的運營、管理及菜品研發工作。

擁有20多年精湛的烹飪技藝和餐廳運營經驗的曹恩華先生是地道福建人，且擁有著豐富的酒店籌開經驗，先後就職於香格里拉、萬豪、馬哥孛羅、希爾頓等國際品牌酒店，曾在各類烹飪比賽中屢獲殊榮，擅長主理法餐，意餐，中餐，意境菜等各國料理，善於挖掘食材，將傳統烹飪手法與創新相結合，不斷鑽研及改良，帶來感官的觸動和味蕾的驚喜。
