除非本協議另有規定的英文怎麼說？

除非另有規定”在英文合同中經常出現，從字面表面看是對一些對例外情況的約定，實際上是對主句約定內容的特別強調。一般可以翻譯為：

1。Unless otherwise provided for/specified in/agreed herein （此種最為常見）

除非本協議另有規定，任何一方未能或延遲行使其在本協議項下的任何權利、權力或特權，不應視為其放棄該權利、權力或特權；單項或部分行使任何權利、權力或特權，亦不妨礙其進一步行使該權利、權力或特權或行使其他權利、權力或特權。

Unless otherwise provided for herein， failure or delay on the part of any party to exercise any right， power or privilege under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver thereof， nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right， power or privilege preclude further exercise thereof or exercise of any other right， power or privilege。

2。Except as set forth in this Agreement

除非本協議另有規定，B類普通股的受益所有權從某位B類普通股持有人變更至該持有人的關聯方或任何創始人或一名或多名創始人的關聯方的，不得導致第6款項下的轉換。

The Company shall not be bound by or be compelled in any way to recognise （even when having notice thereof） any equitable， contingent， future， or partial interest in any share， or any interest in any fractional part of a share， or （except only as is otherwise provided by these Articles or the Statutes） any other rights in respect of any share except an absolute right to the entirety thereof in the registered holder。
